Natural History Museum

Yesterday, we went to the Natural History Museum in SLC. They kids had a great time exploring and playing with the exhibits.

Carter's Fall Soccer Season

Carter finished his fall soccer season yesterday by scoring two goals. He made a lot of improvements over this season. He worked hard the last couple of games to try to get a goal and his hard work paid off.

Apple Press

Yesterday, we went to Midway to make apple juice. Ryan use to make juice when he was little and this is the same press that they used. Our kids had fun putting the apples in the water and the press.

Grandma Reeves

Yesterday, we attended Grandma Reeves' funeral. She returned home on the 3rd of October and we are grateful for our knowledge of forever families. It was a great teaching moment for Carter and Lily to learn about the plan of salvation and understand that we can see grandma again someday. We will miss grandma and all the loved that she shared with us.

Bean Museum and BYU Football Game

On Friday, we were able to go to Provo and stop at the Bean Museum on campus and then attend the first half of the BYU football game. I wish that I could say that it was a great day but we had a very long drive down because of traffic then the kids favorite part of the museum was closed and the game was boring according to Carter. But we made it through the afternoon and evening in one piece. 

Fire Station Open House

On Wednesday, we went to our city's fire station open house. They teach about fire safety and let the kids see the equipment up close. The kids love going every year and their favorite part is riding in the fire truck
