We had a fantastic Christmas this year. Carter even smiled in his pictures and he told me after it was one of his favorites. We loved having Devon, Lance, Laura, Ashley, Eric and Lily with us. We had buttons and bowknots for breakfast. We FaceTime with Grandma and Grandpa Braswell since they could not be here this year. We had a yummy ham dinner and pie for dessert. I love Christmas!

Christmas Eve
We had a wonderful Christmas Eve. We had Lance, Laura, Devon, Ashley, Eric and Lily here with us. In the morning, the Braswell's came over for games and breakfast. We love having family time. The kids enjoyed opening their gifts from each other in the evening.
Lily's Dance Recital
Lily's Christmas Show was on the 20th. She did a great job. She had a duet this year with Eli and did a fantastic job.
Christmas Sunday
I love getting pictures on the Sunday before Christmas. The kids excitement for the week is always showing. (Except for Carter, I cannot get that boy to smile for very many pictures)

6 Months Old
Weight: 15 pounds 9.5 ounces
Height: 26 inches
Happy half birthday, baby girl! Savannah is growing and has started to roll over. She has not quite mastered sitting up but is working on it. She is definitely everyone's favorite among the kids. They love to kiss her, talk to her and hold her. She sleeps through the night, most of the time. Savannah is a very social baby and does not like to be left alone in a room. She has started eating solids, which she does not care for. She is good at keeping her month closed and spitting out the food we get in. We love our little princess.

Layton City Lights
On Tuesday night, we went to see the city lights and ride the hayride. As we were getting out of the car, we ran into some of the Braswell family. We even got to see Santa.
Baby Food
On Sunday, we started Savannah on solid food. She ate carrots. She eats a few bites and then gets mad that we are putting the food in her mouth.

Downtown SLC
First Stop: This is the Place
We stopped at Christkindlmart. We went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Hendricks who were there helping James and Meredith with the shop. It was a beautiful afternoon in December. We even stopped to get a picture of Weston in front of Milo Andrus home. Weston's middle name is Milo. Grandma even got some gingerbread cookies for the kids to try.
Second Stop: The Grand America Hotel
We missed being able to go see the windows and giant gingerbread house last year. We were glad to be back and have Laura and Ashley come with us. After Grand America, we went and played at the mall and had dinner.
Next Stop: Temple Square
Even though there are not as many lights, it was still fun to go see the lights. We have not seen the temple since the start of construction so it was nice to be able to see the changes being made. We even ran into some old neighbors.
Last Stop: Treats
Laura got the kids a treat to end the night. While waiting for the treats, Weston walked through the creek. So, he was cold since his feet and legs were wet. Thanks Laura and Ashley and Grandma and Grandpa for a fun day.
