St. Patrick's Day

The kids did not have school on St. Patrick's Day. It was one of the only nice days this month so we went to a park in the morning. In the evening, Lily performed at the Celtic Cerebration. She did an amazing job. Robyn watched our kids so that Ryan and I could enjoy the show.  

 

Thanksgiving Point

 Last week, I took Savannah and Weston to see the Dinosaurs. They had a great time playing with each other and exploring the museum. 

Harlem Globetrotters

 

Carter and Landon got Globetrotter tickets for their Christmas present. They were able to go with their cousin, Owen. They had a fun time watching and eating some ice cream. 

Last Day of our Disneyland Trip

When we were at Disneyland for our last day, it started raining about 10:30am and never stopped. Disneyland is not busy at all when it is raining so we were able to get on the rides pretty fast. Our kids really like the small part of Toontown that was open. The new ride was really cool and even the things that you get to see while waiting for the ride are awesome. The rest of the town opens later this month so we will have to make a trip back sometime to see it. I got Lily, Carter and Cooper to ride Space Mountain. They all liked the Rise of the Resistance. We have some more Star Wars fans in our family after this trip. We ended our day around 5 since the crowds were not bad and we got everything done. Since we knew that it was going to rain and be chilly most of the day, we took a picture in the hotel of the shirts that Ashley made for us. 

Even without the warm weather, we had a great time. I love family vacations and I am glad that my kids got to enjoy the Disney magic. Until next time, thanks for the memories!

 

Day Five of our Disneyland Trip

 Day three was spent at California Adventure. We had about 2 hours of rain this day. We rope dropped this day as well. We were able to walk on to a couple of rides first thing in the morning. We also used Genie+ on this day. We got some nice family pictures because of Genie+ and I wish that I had taken advantage of the pictures more on our first day. Carter, Lily and Landon rode the racer again by using the single rider line which is much shorter than the regular line. Lily was the only one willing to ride Incredicoater. It is probably the least shaky coaster that I have ever been on.
