We had a great day. We went to see the golden spike in the morning and then went swimming in the backyard. Ryan and my dad worked on the trim in the evening and then we had ribs and corn on the cob for dinner.

Lily's Dance Recital

On Saturday, Lily had her first dance recital. She enjoyed being on stage and did a great job.

Spring Soccer Season

Carter had a fun spring soccer season. His team really improved as the season went on. Carter is a great passer. He scored a goal in his last game. AYSO had an ended of year party this year instead of medals which was a much better choice. 

Landon's Broken Bones

On Sunday, Landon fell off our bench at the kitchen table while he was eating lunch. He complained about his neck hurting for the next two days. Yesterday, I picked him up under his arms and he cried out in pain so I decided to take him to the doctor. He got some x-rays and the doctor found a small break in his collarbone and a small break in his upper arm. He has to wear the sling for two weeks. Luckily, he is not in a lot of pain. Just to do not touch his left arm.

Landon's Stiches

Last Friday night, Lily and Landon were looking for a snack. Lily put her hand in a glass jar to get some crackers out and Landon had his hand on the outside. Somehow, the jar broke cutting Landon's hand. Lily grabbed the piece saving Landon from being cut even more. Ryan and my dad took Landon to urgent care and got him stitched and glued up. Landon was brave and did not cry during the whole doctor visit. He will get the stitches out on Friday.
