Crazy End to the School Year
The last day of regular school was March 13th. The kids did 8 weeks of homeschooling which ended on May 15th. Before the pandemic, the kids last day of school was going to be July 2nd. They were going to have a six week summer. Now, the kids last day of school has come and we are going to have a 15 week summer. With summer plans up in the air, we are trying to enjoy our summer. We are hoping to be able to have a small vacation of some kind but big travel is off the table. We have a plan to keep the kids enjoying this time at home but it will be a year to remember.

Midway
On the 9th, we spent the day in Midway with family. The kids played with a new puppy and chickens. They also played in the water and went for a walk. It was nice to get outside of our house and enjoy time with family.

On Carter's birthday, he was able to play outside in the water due to a very warm weather. He also wanted blackberry parfaits for his birthday. Happy 10th Birthday!

Carter is a great helper and enjoys playing with his younger siblings. He also had a birthday during this pandemic. Carter enjoys playing basketball, soccer and flag football.
