Deseret Peak Temple

Last week, we went to the Deseret Peak Temple Open House. It was a chill fall day but the temple was beautiful. It will be dedicated by the prophet on November 10th and it will be the 200th operating temple in the world.

Fall Break

 On the first day of the break, we let the kids just relax here at home. Ryan took a sick day. 

On Friday, we went to the Museum of Curiosity in the morning. Ryan and the oldest four did the canopy tour while Weston, Savannah and I played in the museum. 

After lunch, we met up with the Braswells and went to the gardens. It is was the scarecrow festival and they had some bouncy houses. We had a fun time with cousins. 

It was a nice break from school and we even had amazing weather. 

Thanksgiving Point

 We first went to the farm. We feed some goats and sheep. Weston rode a pony and Savannah sat on one until it started to move then she was done. We rode a in a horse drawn carriage. 

After the farm, we went to see the dinosaurs. Weston was in Heaven. They even got to dig for dinosaur bones. We had fun day together but Weston always misses the big kids. He told me that we should bring the older kids and Ryan next time we go to Thanksgiving Point.
